2. Products & Availability

  • We sell nursery plants with pots as described on our website.

  • Plant sizes, colors, and shapes may vary slightly due to natural growth.

  • Availability of plants depends on seasonal stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you before processing the order.

3. Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Online Payments: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

  • Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delays.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We follow a No Return Policy on all our products.

  • A replacement is only applicable within 24 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

    1. The plant is received in a damaged or unhealthy condition.

    2. The pot is broken or severely damaged upon delivery.

  • To request a replacement:

    2. Share clear images/videos of the issue.

    3. Our team will review and confirm if the replacement is applicable.

  • Replacement Approval: If approved, Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Plants are living products, and their survival depends on proper care.

  • Tirupati Green World is not responsible for plant health after delivery.

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues arising due to improper care.
